How my cooking finally became edible

For the last 7 years my new years resolutions have included learn to cook and become a homemaker. I want to be a homemaker so bad. I’d love to be one of those mums that always has a clean house, beautiful muffins ready on a platter and a delicious healthy dinner in the oven every time my husband gets home. We’ve been married for two years now and unfortunately the homemaker dream hasn’t quite come to full fruition yet. There have been nights where my husband has eaten my cooking and after asked the question - "so what was that anyway?."
